Luna

      The collaborative senior sustainability line is called “Luna” which is representative of the fun night-life creations that these materials helped us create. Each look incorporates a multitude of the materials listed: red plastic cups, kool aid and granola bar wrappers, instrument strings, and juice box pouches. For using the plastic cups, they were cut them up into square pieces and are using them as sequin like details, and the kool aid and granola bar wrappers are being implemented as structural elements in full garments as well as smaller strips of detail. The instrument strings are implemented in a skirt structure and the juice box pouches are involved in a blouse structure. Because these elements are so abstract, the group decided to go with a futuristic, space inspired line.
